I have lived in the Kern County all my life.  I lived in Wasco for 16 years and have been in Bakersfield since 1978. I have two beautiful daughters, one terrific son-in-law, and will this year become a grandma for the very first time! My husband transferred here from Seattle in 2005 just to marry me! He's adjusting to the absence of Pacific Ocean at his fingertips and says Bakersfield is a very friendly town. We have two Springer Spaniels that keep us laughing our heads off all the time. I am a member of Valley Baptist Church and Praise Choir and participate in weekly worship, periodic concerts, and currently the recording of our forth cd. On my days off I enjoy walking or biking on our wonderful bike path near the new River Run park. I also have a second business called Heart's Desire, Interior/Exterior Design Consulting. My real estate clients enjoy free consulting if they wish as a closing gift from me.
